Neil loves to coach and help other property investors – from portfolio landlords, experienced developers to people who are completely new to property, he has had great success with his clients.
Many clients come to Neil for help with adding value to their deals and maximising valuations. His proven model for achieving high valuations with the various processes he’s created has helped numerous clients smash their goals.
Neil’s background in professional sports and playing to an International level was instrumental in him becoming a high performer. He picked up numerous tools and techniques to help him succeed and he shares these tools with his clients so that they can learn and take action.
His coaching includes assessing deals, adding value, producing information packs to help achieve great valuations, options, interior design and much more.
