Vogue Abode Properties was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Neil and Simona Chaudhuri.

Their passion for interior design and wanting to provide high quality student accommodation shines through when you see their spacious properties. They create a hugely enjoyable and inspiring environment to live in and really care for their students’ wellbeing.

Neil’s background was as an England International and professional golfer. As well as representing the England Men’s Team, he competed on six different continents and played alongside some of the best players in the world.

After retiring from golf, Neil turned his focus to property. With his attention to detail and strong work ethic, he has helped Vogue Abode Properties grow from strength to strength. In a short space of time, he has had the privilege of being nominated for and winning multiple awards in property. Neil is also the former co-host of Birmingham pin which he helped grow to being the UK’s largest property investors network meeting. He has also recently qualified in Managerial Finance from LSE. 

Simona is the heart of Vogue Abode Properties. Her passion for interior design and creative ideas bring the properties to life. Simona’s designs have really raised the bar of what’s possible in terms of student accommodation and have inspired others to try and emulate. She continues to work in the oncology department of a hospital in a role she loves as well as being a strong advocate for animal rights and animal welfare.

Between the two of them, they make a formidable and dynamic team and are helping to change the face of student accommodation in Leicester.

They also are the proud parents of Molly, the dog who regularly accompanies them to their student houses.
